Returns, Exchange and Refunds

Any item that you had a change of heart on, may be returned in new condition within 10 days, for a full refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Information

The Harlem Wizards Store stands by its offer to ship orders of any size for one low price.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday during business hours 10am-5pm EST. There are no shipments on Saturday and Sunday.

We ship everywhere. The cost of international shipping is determined after we receive your order.

Order Process

Placing an Order Online
We made it easy. Our navigation is clear, ordering is secure and certified by GeoTrust™ and your privacy is protected.

Buy Item: when you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart; select size and color choice available, the quantity (defaults to 1) and click the button Add to Cart.

The next screen will be Your Cart. You may either proceed directly to check-out or continue shopping.

Checkout is fast. It's as simple as Do-Re-Mi.

Select Shipping Method based upon the destination of the package, the shipper, and speed of delivery.

Review Your Order: this screen allows you to change your cart items and shipping.

Place Order: fill out our online order form; billing information, shipping address (changes to the shipping method) and credit card information. Click submit.

Order Confirmation: you may want to print the page which includes the tracking order id for your records. Thank-you. Your order is complete.

E-mail Order Confirmation
An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to you soon after. It will be followed by a shipping notification as soon as we obtain the information from the shipper. If for any reason there's a problem with order fulfillment you will be contacted and asked if you would like to cancel your order.

Ordering by Phone, Fax or Mail
We understand that you may not feel like sending credit card information via the internet even though statistically it's much safer to use your credit card on the internet than in a face-to-face transaction. Or maybe you just need help deciding.

Fax and phone orders are taken during regular business hours. Our store is open five days a week.

Call us during business hours: Monday through Friday from 10am–5pm EST.

You also have the option of going through the online ordering process up to and including filling out the online order form. Rather than hit the submit button, print the form out instead and fax it to us.
